    • Rename the .nd and .tlg file by just right clicking on it and add the word old in the end of each file.

Solution 3 – Use Universal Naming Convention path rather of the mapped drive
  • Right-click the QuickBooks symbol on your desktop, click and hold the Ctrl key and select Administrator for a Run. Hold the Ctrl Key until the No Company Open Window file start.
  • Open File Menu Folder, Select Company files and restores it.
  • Choose to Open a company file, Press on Next.
  • In the left-hand Panel, select Network and navigate to the place of your company file.
  • Final Step is Open the Company file.
Solution 4 – Recreate the corrupted folder.
  • Open a C:\ drive and create a new folder.
  • Open the folder that contains company file.
  • Find the file with .qbw extension.
    • For Instance
      • qbw
    • Copy the file by right clicking on it.
    • Paste that file in the new folder.
    • Set the permissions of folder.
    • Final step, start QuickBooks from the new location.
